I found my way to the state of Texas in 2007 where I earned a master's degree in Christian Education with a concentration in Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. After some time, I went back to school and earned a second master's in professional counseling from Amberton University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) (#81248). I have completed training in perinatal mental health, I am a level 1 PACT (psychobiological approach to couples counseling) clinician, Prepare/Enrich, TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), Autplay, and EMDR. 

 

When I'm not at the office, I can be found hanging out with my husband, playing with my kids, drinking coffee, doing a puzzle, and catching up with friends. ​

I provide therapy services for children and adolescents, parenting, those with neurodiversity, young adults, perinatal therapy, couples counseling, Divorce, EMDR for trauma/PTSD, and therapy for depression and anxiety. I am able to incorporate Christian principles and counseling into session when my client is wanting that at various levels, by request.

My rate is $180/hr and sessions are 45 minutes.  I am out of network with all insurance companies but can provide a superbill for you to submit. For more information on rates and policies and procedures, please reach out. I'd love to chat.
